Reinstatement – after chemical contamination

Chemical contamination will create circumstances where surfaces cannot be safely treated or we know they will not respond to the treatment processes.
In this case a strip out will be required and the surfaces themselves will become contaminated waste.
The removal of this waste will require:

• Technicians trained in the removal of contaminated waste
• Appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
• A disposal plan
• Awareness and understanding of structural integrity implications and Building Code regulations
• Compliance with OSH regulations and environmental legislation
